I like #3 the best, but I can't tell how much room there is between your house and the tree. You may need to find out how big it will get. That looks like a Japanese maple, if so, I think they are pretty slow growing and don't get too big. If so, I vote for #3.
i like number 1, it breaks up the facade of the front of the house, since i know that most of your windows are in the back and on the sides i think the tree would be good to distract fromt he fact that the front windows are smaller.. does that make sense?
